Contra

Contra is a run-and-gun shooter where one or two players control commandos Bill Rizer and Lance Bean as they battle through alien-infested jungles and military bases. The game features intense side-scrolling action with a variety of power-up weapons including the iconic spread gun, and became famous for its challenging difficulty and cooperative gameplay.
