We use your information to: create and manage your account; facilitate Transactions between Buyers and Sellers; communicate with you about your account, Transactions, and Platform updates; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats; improve the Platform and develop new features; analyze usage patterns and trends; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our Terms of Service.
We use Stripe, Inc. to process all payments on the Platform. When you make or receive a payment, your payment information is provided directly to Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment credentials on our servers. Stripe's use of your personal data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy. We use cookies and similar technologies on the Platform. Essential cookies are required for authentication, session management, and security. We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for legal and regulatory compliance purposes. The Platform is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending you an email at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect.
