Lode Runner: Teikoku Kara no Dasshutsu (Escape from the Empire) is an arcade adaptation of the classic Lode Runner puzzle-platformer series. Players control a character who must collect gold while avoiding enemies and using a drill to create holes in brick platforms to trap pursuers or create escape routes.
