Parodius

Parodius is a whimsical parody of Konami's own Gradius series, featuring colorful cartoon-style graphics and humorous enemies instead of the serious sci-fi theme of its predecessor. The side-scrolling shoot-em-up includes penguin protagonists, bizarre power-ups, and classical music arrangements, creating a lighthearted take on the traditional shmup genre.
