No. We are a classifieds platform. Buyers and sellers arrange payment directly (cash, Venmo, PayPal, wire, etc.). Our fees are for the listing service only.
Ending fees are refundable within 7 days if the sale falls through — contact support. Boost fees (bump, featured, sticky) are non-refundable, except sticky purchases auto-refund if all category slots are taken when the payment finalizes.
Missed ending fees feed into Seller Standing. Repeated issues can restrict listing volume and boost access until the account recovers.
