The following items may not be listed on Tilt & Token:
Violations are handled through a graduated enforcement process. The severity of the action depends on the nature of the violation, whether it is a first offense, and the potential harm to other users.
For first-time or minor violations, we issue a warning explaining what happened and what needs to change. The warning is recorded on your account. Listings may be removed or require edits before being re-published.
For repeated violations or more serious offenses, your account may be temporarily suspended. During a suspension, you cannot create listings, send messages, or participate in the forum. The suspension length depends on the severity (typically 7 to 30 days).
For severe violations (such as confirmed fraud, selling stolen goods, or ongoing harassment) or repeated offenses after a suspension, your account is permanently banned. Banned users may not create new accounts.

We believe in giving sellers the freedom to list without artificial barriers. Instead of restricting new accounts up front, we monitor selling behavior and only impose limits on accounts that demonstrate patterns of abuse.
This approach keeps the marketplace open for legitimate sellers while giving us the tools to act swiftly against bad actors. The arcade and pinball community thrives on trust — and we protect that trust through accountability, not gatekeeping.
